Bridge USA Türkiye: a J-1 program agency with a single focus
From our office in Yalıkavak, Bodrum, to every corner of Türkiye: we give one-on-one guidance to students, families and academics who want to join J-1 exchange programs in the United States.
Who we are
Bridge USA Türkiye is an independent education consultancy and J-1 program agency focused on U.S. exchange programs. From our office in Yalıkavak, Bodrum, we guide university students, recent graduates, high school students and their families, and academics from all over Türkiye through five J-1 programs.
We're a young team, and we see that as an advantage. We give every application real time and attention, stay on top of the latest processes for the 2027 season, and get to know you as a person with goals, not a file number. Our aim is clear: that you choose the right program, go fully prepared and make the most of every day of your American experience.

What does Bridge USA Türkiye do?
Bridge USA Türkiye is an independent company that advises people who want to join J-1 exchange programs in the United States. We offer one-on-one support with program choice, eligibility checks, preparing your application file, getting ready for employer and visa interviews, and pre-departure orientation. The programs run through sponsor organizations designated by the U.S. Department of State.
Is Bridge USA Türkiye a J-1 sponsor?
No. Only designated sponsor organizations can issue the DS-2019. We're the consultancy side that works with you in Türkiye: we prepare your application to meet the sponsor's expectations, follow up on the process and stay by your side throughout the program. The BridgeUSA in our name refers to the name the U.S. Department of State gives its J-1 programs; we don't represent any official body.
How do I choose a trustworthy Work and Travel agency?
Get clear answers to a few questions. Which sponsor organization runs the program? What's included in the fee, what isn't, and which payment goes to whom? Will you receive the job offer and housing details in writing? Who will you contact while you're in America? We discuss all of these openly in the first meeting and share our quote in writing.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes, our initial assessment is free. In this meeting, we listen to your goals, assess your eligibility, and talk through the right program and your application timeline. You can visit our office or meet us online from anywhere in Türkiye. There's no need to rush your decision; you can always come back with any questions later.
Do you guarantee a visa or a job?
No, and we see that as part of being honest with you. Only the U.S. consulate decides on visas, and a job or internship offer depends on the employer's and sponsor's assessment. Our promise is about your preparation: we build a complete file with you, practice for your interviews together and support you at every step with realistic, up-to-date information.
